Apparently, the boys grew closer in my absence. There have been several times this week where they are huddled together and Jake will look up and give me the ‘he’s mine’ look.
” Look away woman, ain’t nothing for you down here.”
It’s pretty rare for them to start off next to each other before I’ve even sat down. 
“He belongs to me now, deal with it.”
Melvin NEVER lays this close to the fireplace. He saw Jake lay down and immediately moved closer. They may be planning a coup.
